Job Description

Flowly Solutions is actively hiring an experienced warehouse manager for our logistics team.

This is a full time position with opportunities to grow within the business. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, you will not be required to work on the weekends. You must be available for overtime if it is required.

In this role, you will be directly overseeing employees. This includes training, onboarding, scheduling and disciplinary action. You must have prior experience in management to be considered for this position. You will also be managing all operations throughout the warehouse. We are willing to train the right person our company specific procedures. 

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Handling all employee related matters and ensuring productivity in the warehouse
• Completing daily audits and reports to track orders and operations
• Working directly with customers to communicate order statuses and potential delays
• Maintaining inventory and ensuring all products are readily available
• Ensuring all safety procedures and protocols are being followed
• Hosting meetings, employee trainings and keeping detailed records 
• Working directly with dispatching to keep outgoing orders on schedule
• Replying to customer concerns and questions to ensure they are informed
• Learning our computer systems to effectively track orders and manage records

Qualifications:

• Direct prior experience in employee management, preferably in a logistics setting
• Fantastic communication and customer services skills
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to type effectively
• The ability to lift 40 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• No formal education is required
