Gale Home Partners is a top-producing, family-run real estate team in the Atlanta market—and we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Manager to be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps everything running smoothly. In this role, you’ll work directly with our Team Leader to manage people, systems, and daily operations, so the team can stay focused on growth and exceptional client care. You’ll bring calm to chaos, turn ideas into action, and help a values-driven business scale with heart. This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm with some nights and weekends as needed. Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of 3+ virtual assistants
Own listing and showing workflows from pre-list to close
Oversee database cleanup, tagging, and 36 Touch execution
Coordinate vendor scheduling and internal communications
Track listings, leads, and timelines across platforms
Run client gifting, referral programs, and team giveaways
Support the CEO with calendar, project, and admin tasks

Qualifications:

2–5+ years in real estate or a real estate-adjacent ops role
Strong communicator with top-notch organizational skills
Experience managing virtual or remote teams
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, CRM, MLS, Canva, etc.)
Calm under pressure and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Loves building systems and following through
Professional, trustworthy, and people-first
