Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js (Express, Fastify, or similar)
Design scalable and reliable APIs and internal services
Refactor and enhance existing Node.js codebase
Participate in code reviews and pair programming
Work with Docker and Kubernetes for service deployment
Improve CI/CD workflows and testing standards
Apply TDD/BDD practices and support A/B testing
5+ years of backend development experience
Proven experience with Node.js frameworks (Express, Fastify, etc.)
Strong understanding of microservice architecture
Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
Familiarity with Jest, Mocha, and other testing tools
