Newcastle Public Schools is looking for individuals to assist with monitoring students during lunch periods This position pays $10.00 per hour and varies from 1.45 hours to 3 hours depending on the site. This position includes: 1) Monitoring students and their behavior during meals in the lunchroom and referring problems to the principal or designated teacher; 2) Communicating professionally and positively with staff and students to help ensure meal service flows smoothly, while encouraging good table manners and cleanliness; 3) Dismissing students at the scheduled times; 4) Assisting with clean-up; and 5) Other duties as assigned or needed.
