What You’ll Do:

• Lead, manage, and support a team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, assistants, and rehab aides.
• Plan, organize, and direct therapy service delivery in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Treat a caseload of patients to maintain clinical skills and support continuity of care.
• Ensure the highest standards of care, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication.
• Support clinical staff through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Drive department success through collaboration with facility leadership and AdvantageCare’s regional support.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) , Occupational Therapist (OTR) , or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 2 years of therapy leadership/supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) environment.
• Strong knowledge of rehab compliance, documentation standards, and patient-centered care.
• Passion for team building, mentorship, and clinical excellence.
