As a Director of Rehabilitation , you’ll bring our mission to life in your facility, leading a team of passionate clinicians and shaping a culture rooted in patient-first care and therapist empowerment.

• Oversee daily operations and performance of the rehab department
• Provide direct patient care within your licensed discipline (PT, OTR, SLP, PTA, or COTA)
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Foster team development, staff engagement, and a culture of excellence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and facility leadership
• Ensure timely documentation and outcomes-based treatment plans
• Champion AdvantageCare’s values of integrity, empathy, collaboration, and patient-centered care

You are:

• A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative, patient-first culture
• Passionate about developing people and helping your team shine
• Energized by autonomy, clinical creativity, and real-time decision-making
• Driven by purpose, and ready to bring out the best in others
• Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology –or– graduation from an accredited PTA or COTA program
• Current licensure in the state of practice
• Solid understanding of Medicare regulations, documentation standards, and ethical care
• Prior experience in SNF, LTC, or post-acute care required.
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
